Sick of making sandwiches with the same white bread? Love eating sandwiches on a buttery croissant, but find them to be a bit too small for all of that cheese, meat, sauce, and vegetable goodness you plan on loading in your midday meal? If you’re looking for a solution, Costco now sells loaves of croissant bread that shoppers are calling a “hidden gem,” and we have a feeling you’re going to want to snag a bag of this bread fast before it sells out.

These croissant loaves, made by Schwartz Brothers Bakery, are sold at $8.89 for a two-pack. The bread is an “all butter” croissant loaf, leaning into the buttery layers of a croissant. Simply pop it in the toaster for a buttery, flaky croissant experience in the morning.

According to Costco shoppers, this particular loaf has been spotted in Costco locations in the Northwest region, and is starting to pop up in the Southeast. Some locations may also allow for shoppers to order this bread online on Costco’s website.

“It’s soooo good,” writes one shopper on Instagram. “Yes we picked up a pack today. We love that bread,” writes another. Shoppers also say they love to use this bread for making bread pudding, or even simply toasting and topping it with a slathering of homemade jam.

One crafty shopper also commented saying that this bread is also available at grocery stores like Ralph’s and Kroger, in case you haven’t invested in a Costco membership yet.
