Actor Jon Seda, who starred on the NBC police drama “Chicago P.D.” for six seasons, and his wife, Lisa, in November placed their four-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot house in Lakeview on the market for just under $1.8 million.

Seda, 52, worked in Chicago for many years, first as a recurring character on a sister program to “Chicago P.D.,” “Chicago Fire,” and then as one of the leads on “Chicago P.D.” from 2012 until 2019.  Since leaving “Chicago P.D.,” Seda now has a role on NBC’s sci-fi drama “La Brea.”

In Lakeview, the Sedas paid $1.45 million in 2016 for the 10-room house. Built in 2007, the Greystone-style house has 4-1/2 bathrooms, three fireplaces, a two-story living room, a swimming pool on the lower level, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island and a prep sink. The house also has a deck over the two-car garage.

Listing agent Stefania Campo, who is co-listing the home with her husband, Frank, did not immediately provide a comment on the listing.

The house had a $30,097 property tax bill in the 2021 tax year.
