Climate-focused advocacy groups say they’re putting $55 million into an ad campaign to elect Vice President Harris to the presidency.

The League of Conservation Voters Victory Fund, Climate Power Action and Environmental Defense Fund Action Votes said that they are launching the ads, alongside the Democrat-aligned Future Forward PAC.

The ads will run in the key swing states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, as well as Nebraska’s Second Congressional District, as the state splits its electoral votes.

A press release highlighted three ads that will be part of the campaign.

One spot declares that bolstering the middle class will be a “defining goal” of a Harris presidency; another seeks to contrast Harris’s record with Trump on issues including standing up to banks and major oil companies.

The third advertisement declares that Harris will “triple America’s clean energy production” saving consumers money on their electric bills.

It’s not clear whether the entire $55 million is being spent on these ads, or if there will be additional advertisements that are part of the same campaign. A spokesperson for the League of Conservation Voters did not immediately respond to The Hill’s request for clarification.

The ad campaign will include broadcast and cable ads as well as ads on websites like YouTube.
